£3000 raised for Uplands School

An amazing £3000 has been raised for new outdoor play equipment at Uplands School following an annual golf charity event in June at Cumberwell Park and a Halloween fundraising evening. We would like to thank Emma Jenkins and everyone else who helped to raise this huge amount of money. The new outdoor equipment will include a fully accessible swing which will hugely benefit our students - THANKS

A huge thank you to Emma Jenkins and her friends Anna and Emma who dressed up and raised money for Uplands School. The Casbah in Swindon kindly allowed the three, dressed as zombies, to collect an amazing £165 - thank you to everyone who donated.

A report from Emma follows:
Saturday night myself Anna and Emma spent the evening with our collection buckets at Casbah. Raising money for Uplands school. We all got into the Halloween spirit and dressed up as zombies!! Was so much fun and everyone had a good time. I would like to thank the management Michelle and Laura. Also the staff and door team for making our collection successful. Thanks to Anna and Emma for your help and was good to have a giggle. To all that donated every little helped and we raised an amazing £165. Thank you and hope you all had a great Halloween.
